Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 2026 · Governing use of Orbyte engine services
1. Agreement to Terms
By connecting to the Orbyte Web Dashboard, utilizing automated quest resolution, rich presence broadcast tools, or linking a Discord user token, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the platform and immediately unlink any active account tokens.
2. Account Responsibility & Liability Disclaimer
You retain sole and complete responsibility for any Discord account linked to Orbyte. Automated actions (such as quest heartbeat emulation, playtime telemetry simulation, and voice screen sharing) simulate official Discord client activity. You acknowledge that automation may violate Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The developers and operators of Orbyte bear zero liability for any account restrictions, rate limits, suspensions, or termination enacted by Discord Inc.
3. Token Privacy & AES-256-GCM Encryption
Orbyte maintains a strict self-custody standard. All linked Discord tokens are encrypted at rest using military-grade AES-256-GCM with hardware-derived initialization vectors. Tokens are never permanently stored in plaintext, never exposed over public APIs, and never shared or sold to third parties under any circumstance.
Changing your Discord password immediately revokes all existing authentication tokens on Discord servers and renders any linked token inoperable.
4. Unlinking & Data Erasure Rights
Users maintain full control over their credentials. You may permanently delete your linked tokens and telemetry cache at any time using the Multi-Accounts vault interface or the .unlink Discord command. Upon unlinking, the encrypted slot data is purged from the database immediately.
5. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention
Users may not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, flood, or DDoS Orbyte gateway endpoints or bypass role gatekeeping checks. Accounts engaging in malicious probing or unauthorized access attempts will be permanently blocked from all Orbyte services.
